The hotel offered a great location, just a short walk away from popular attractions and public transport. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and providing helpful maps of the city. the hotel also had daily housekeeping, ensuring that the room was always clean and fresh.
There were a few negative aspects of the stay. the noise level from outside was quite high at times, causing some disturbance during the night.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The location next street to the metro station was so convenient for getting around this city. Being very close to all landmarks in this city, we were able to visit Vatican City after checking in. The hotel facilities were excellent, with the clean room and free snacks along with coffee and tea maker. The staff was really helpful, the girl who was welcoming us was soo nice and even reserved a taxi for us.
Nothings to mention, everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it's close to the metro station and within walking distance to landmarks. Rooms are well-maintained, and bed/bathroom linen is changed each day. the staff is cordial, and there's the convenience of having a fridge and kettle in the room.
The staff's communication skills could be improved to provide better customer service.

The location was amazing, just a short walk from the main attractions. We had a great view from our room and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. , the room was very clean and comfortable.
We experienced a power outage during our stay which was a bit inconvenient. the noise level in the building was sometimes a bit distracting, but it didn't ruin our experience.
